Get a roof you can rely on with Post Construction. We use only the best materials to build a roof that will last for years to come. All of our work is licensed and insured.
All New Roofs Include:
- Cover / Protect existing landscaping at perimeter of work area
- Remove existing roof material down to deck on areas noted above
- Clean roof deck free from debris. Pull all remaining roof fasteners
- Install ice and water barrier per manufacturer's specifications at eaves edges, 24" past heated walls
- Install 30-lb. felt and attach with plastic cap nails
- Install new T-style aluminum drip edge -Replace all pipe boots with new rubber boots
- Replace all flashing as necessary Install ice and water barrier at base and sides of chimney
- Install new 30-year certainTeed Dimensional (algae resistant) shingles per manufacturer's specifications
-1 1/4" nails for fasteners
- Cut in and re-flash brick/stone chimney
- Install new aluminum box vents
- Complete clean up and removal of all job related debris
- Furnish materials, labor and permit for the above
- Written factory and labor warranties will be presented upon completion and final payment
- 5-Year Labor Warranty on all services
